1. Appointment Scheduling & Zero Booking Fee Policy
Booking an appointment through our website or telephone reception is completely free of any booking advance or reservation fee. Submitting an online appointment request is subject to slot confirmation by our reception team based on real-time doctor availability.
2. Patient Punctuality & Rescheduling Courtesy
We kindly request patients to arrive 10 minutes prior to their confirmed appointment slot to allow for initial vital checkups and medical history recording. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform our reception at +91 8900401915 at least 2 hours in advance so urgent emergency patients can be accommodated.
3. Clinical Diagnostics & Treatment Consent
All medical diagnoses, root canal recommendations, surgical extractions, and prosthetic plans are determined solely following thorough clinical examination and radiographic evaluation (RVG X-rays) by Dr. Soumyadeep Dutta. Patients will be clearly informed about procedural steps, expected recovery time, and financial estimates before beginning any invasive treatment.
4. Medical Emergency Disclaimer
While our clinic provides specialized priority care for severe acute toothaches and dental trauma during chamber operating hours, life-threatening maxillofacial injuries or systemic emergencies should immediately report to the nearest tertiary government hospital emergency department (such as Rampurhat Govt. Medical College & Hospital).
